Founded in 2019, Andum Homes is an affiliate company of Andum Investments.

Initially designed to create luxury spaces in homes and condominium in the Central Houston region catered to professionals working and visiting the city with a focus on catering to colleages, friends, or family units.

Andum Homes has internalized all of its service teams in order to provide a streamlined process to our guest.

In 2021, Andum Homes began to expand into property management and corporate leasing as demand for our niche style of home set up and management grew more demand.

Since 2021, Andum Homes has embraced the property management and corporate leasing realm and look forward to adding you as one of our partners.

After a bad experience with the first property manger we hired, I was admittedly skeptical. 8 months later, Latrice and her team have put all my worries to rest. I've stayed at many Airbnb's around the world. This place was extremely clean, it was spacious, the location was perfect and close to literally everything you needed to be close to. The check in process was very easy and smooth. what was even more amazing is that Latrice responds extremely fast and that was very convenient and helpful. The gym was great a bit warm in the garage but I was able to get a good workout in. The rooftop was amazing with a great view of downtown Houston. The next time I am in Houston this is a place I would stay again.

Our experience proved to be quite relaxing. It was a one of a kind experience. The interior was very high end and elegant, yet had a warm and homey feel to it. This place was terrific and beautiful. The house was better than pictured. The description was head on. It was very spacious. The art in the house was beautiful. The house was exceptionally clean and fresh. We felt very safe in the house an area. The house was so nice that we didn’t even worry about all of the stairs. The workout room and rooftop were a major plus. It was well worth the cost. The host, Latrice, was very nice and responsive. Her responses were sometimes sooner than expected. She was very patient with me who asked many questions because this was my first time in Houston.

I booked Latrice’s home for a short stay and wished I could have stayed longer. The pictures do no justice and the home is absolutely beyond beautiful and peaceful. I and my family felt comfortable and safe. The community was quiet and friendly and the home is close to many good restaurants. We loved the rooftop.
