I've stayed at many Airbnb's around the world. This place was extremely clean, it was spacious, the location was perfect and close to literally everything you needed to be close to. The check in process was very easy and smooth. what was even more amazing is that Latrice responds extremely fast and that was very convenient and helpful. The gym was great a bit warm in the garage but I was able to get a good workout in. The rooftop was amazing with a great view of downtown Houston. The next time I am in Houston this is a place I would stay again.

Our experience proved to be quite relaxing. It was a one of a kind experience. The interior was very high end and elegant, yet had a warm and homey feel to it. It was not only visually appealing on the inside, but outside as well. The rooftop patio view is a view worth savoring. Walking distance to the Toyota center was a bonus.

10/10, this place was amazing!! The views from the 4th floor balcony were OUTSTANDING!!! We enjoyed our stay here. Latrice was such a great host and stayed in touch the entire stay to ensure we had everything needed! I definitely recommend this home!!! It's in the heart of everything!

This place was terrific and beautiful. The house was better than pictured. The description was head on. It was very spacious. The art in the house was beautiful. The house was exceptionally clean and fresh. We felt very safe in the house an area. The house was so nice that we didn’t even worry about all of the stairs. The workout room and rooftop were a major plus. It was well worth the cost. The host, Latrice, was very nice and responsive. Her responses were sometimes sooner than expected. She was very patient with me who asked many questions because this was my first time in Houston.

This place was amazing and looked just like the pictures. Actually the pictures did no justice!!! This property is centrally located to all of the major places. Latrice was an amazing HOST!!!!! She was responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

I booked Latrice’s home for a short stay and wished I could have stayed longer. The pictures do no justice and the home is absolutely beyond beautiful and peaceful. I and my family felt comfortable and safe. The community was quiet and friendly and the home is close to many good restaurants. We loved the rooftop. We would definitely recommend her home and book again! If you’re thinking about booking it, just do it!!

We had a great stay at Latrice’s place. My family was in town for a wedding and this house was central to all the venues. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. All of the rooms and amenities were just as pictured. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay her!
